The Road That Never Ends
about us
Some build empires, some build walls,
We build stories, we build calls.
A name etched deep in steel and stone,
A fire that burns when the night stands alone.
Not just whiskey, not just gear,
Not just engines built to steer.
We craft what lingers, what won’t decay,
What carries the past, and forges the way.
For the rebels, the dreamers, the ones who roam,
For the hearts that know - this world is home.

Some names fade. Some stories are lost. But some things - some legacies - refuse to be forgotten.
Spirit Of The Unbroken
Leaden Hearts isn’t just a brand. It’s a call to something deeper, something older, something forged in fire and carried forward by those who refuse to let time erase what matters. It’s the weight of history in your hands, the grit of red dirt roads beneath your boots, the whisper of stories told in low voices around a fire that never goes out.
We build what lasts. Whiskey that carries the ghosts of those who came before. Machines that outlive their makers. Gear that doesn’t quit. Stories that dig deep. We do this because it’s who we are. Because the past has shaped us, and the road ahead is ours to carve.

Leaden Hearts was never meant to be just one thing. It wasn’t built to sit on a shelf or exist neatly inside the lines. It was born out of fire, out of history, out of a need to remember and a hunger to keep moving forward.
Freshly deported, carrying the weight of a love left behind, sitting across from my father beneath the same stars that had guided generations before us. He turned to me, whiskey in hand, and said, “This isn’t the first time this has happened to one of us, you know.”
And just like that, the past reached forward and took its place at the table.
Our ancestors, the ones sent to this country in chains, the ones who fought and bled and built new lives on the edges of the world. The ones who didn’t have a say in their fate, but still forged something lasting. Men who carried Leaden Hearts—but never let the weight break them.
From that moment, it was clear—we needed to build something. Something that wasn’t just a business, but a legacy.
It started with whiskey. Batches made in honor of the ancestors, each bottle a story, a tribute, a lesson passed down. Then the Land Rovers—because we’d been fixing them together since I was a kid, because adventure was in our blood. One build turned into another, and soon enough, we were sending them out into the world, built for people who understood that some roads are meant to be taken slowly, deliberately, with all the time in the world.
Then came the gear, the photography, the storytelling—because everything we make, everything we do, is about the same thing. Remembering who we are. Remembering where we come from. Creating something real, something built to last.
This isn’t just about whiskey.
This isn’t just about trucks.
This isn’t just about stories.
It’s about all of it. The way it all weaves together. The road that never ends

our story
Leaden Hearts was never meant to be just a brand. It was born out of exile, out of history, out of the need to remember. A father and son, a bottle of whiskey, and a story that refused to be forgotten. What started as a conversation by the fire became a way of life - whiskey that carries the past, trucks that carve the future, and a relentless pursuit of what truly lasts.
Spirits with a Story
The Distillery
Every bottle we make is a testament to resilience. Each batch is named for the souls who came before us—the rebels, the outlaws, the ones who never bowed. We don’t just make whiskey and gin. We bottle history. We distill the past. We craft the kind of spirits meant to be sipped by firelight, shared in good company, and remembered long after the glass is empty.
Built to Go Further
The Workshop
Some vehicles are just machines. Ours are time capsules, built to carry you across landscapes that don’t care if you make it back. We restore and build Land Rovers, Troop Carriers, expedition rigs that won’t quit—because the best stories don’t happen in places with road signs. The workshop is where steel meets intention, where hands shape legacy, where adventure starts long before the key turns in the ignition.
The Weight We Carry
History
This land holds echoes, and we walk among them. Our history isn’t written in ink; it’s carved into the roads we drive, the bottles we pour, the work we put our hands to. The convicts, the pioneers, the bushrangers, the ones who lived and died with fire in their blood—they are not gone. They are in every piece of what we make.
what We Leave Behind
legacy
e don’t just build for today. We build for the ones who come after. A portion of everything we do - every whiskey poured, every truck restored, every product crafted - goes toward giving back. To the land, to the people, to the future. Because a true legacy is not what you take - it’s what you leave behind.
Whiskey has always been about more than what’s in the glass. It’s about who you share it with, the moments it marks, the weight of time held in the palm of your hand. To drink Leaden Hearts Whiskey is to drink with the ones who came before you. To raise a glass to the pioneers, the rebels, the fighters who refused to bow. It’s not just a toast - it’s an acknowledgment.
You don’t just inherit history. You shape it. With every decision, every risk, every step forward. This whiskey is a tribute to those who understand that. The ones who drink to remember, to honor, to carry the past into the future with steady hands and an unbroken spirit.
So pour a glass. Raise it high. Drink to the road, to the journey, to the ones who never stopped walking.
Leaden Hearts Whiskey – For Those Who Carry the Past and Walk Boldly Forward.
When you drink whiskey, you aren’t just tasting grain and smoke—you’re tasting time itself. You’re feeling the weight of years pressed into oak, the slow alchemy of fire and patience. The first sip is sharp, like the first step onto unknown ground. It lingers, settling into something deeper, warmer, something that carries memory in its burn.
A good whiskey doesn’t just pass through you. It stays. It rolls over the tongue like a story passed down through generations—full of grit, full of truth, full of something too wild to be tamed. It’s meant to be held in good company, in quiet moments, in the kind of places where the land still speaks and the fire still listens.
Because whiskey, like a story, isn’t just about what’s in front of you. It’s about where it takes you. The roads walked before, the hands that made it, the journey ahead. It’s a drink for those who carry the past and walk boldly forward.
Pour slow. Drink deep. The story is yours now.
We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the lands where our stories were born, where our ancestors walked, and where our spirits find home. We honour the people whose lands hold the tools of our trade, where steel meets hand, where the work we do carries forward.
But it does not stop there.
Our work, our journeys, and our lives stretch across many Countries, guided by the wisdom of the land and the knowledge of those who have cared for it since time immemorial. We pay our respects to Elders past and present, to the knowledge keepers, the storytellers, and the custodians of culture.
Leaden Hearts is built on the belief that the past is not gone – it walks with us. Every road we take, every bottle we pour, every machine we restore is tied to the deep songlines of this Country. We walk gently, listen deeply, and give back where we can—because to live and work here is to carry a responsibility, one that stretches beyond us.
We acknowledge the sacred connection between people, land, and story, and we commit to honouring that connection in all that we do.
