massarce of gullys run
In the shadows where secrets dwell,
Under the oaks, a rebelās tale.
Bound by love, not by chains,
Williamās spirit forever remains.
Through white oakās embrace, his storyās told,
In amber liquid, dark and bold.
Each glass a window to his soul,
A convictās heart, a love made whole.
So raise a glass to the pastās embrace,
To Williamās trials, his undying grace.
Leaden Hearts, in your hand,
Where loveās true legacy forever stands.
Under the oaks, a rebelās tale.
Bound by love, not by chains,
Williamās spirit forever remains.
Through white oakās embrace, his storyās told,
In amber liquid, dark and bold.
Each glass a window to his soul,
A convictās heart, a love made whole.
So raise a glass to the pastās embrace,
To Williamās trials, his undying grace.
Leaden Hearts, in your hand,
Where loveās true legacy forever stands.
A Love Too Heavy to Bear
1869 - 1899
I.J. Gilbert
Captures the haunting beauty and tragic history of a fabled locale, matured in shiraz barrels to infuse it with a deep, resonant complexity. Offers a harmonious fusion of dark fruit undertones and a subtle peppery spice that echoes the wild, untamed spirit of the Australian bush. The aging process in shiraz barrels lends an unusual depth and a smooth, lingering finish, making this gin a standout selection for those who appreciate a narrative imbued in their spirits.
She wanted nothing more than a family. A family to love, to hold, to keep together – forever. In 1889, she moved to Gullyās Run with her husband, their dreams wrapped tightly against the winter chill. But the years that followed unraveled into darkness, as tragedy after tragedy tore through her life.
Ā As the years passed, the death toll mounted: two more husbands, three more children. Whispers began to grow louder, suspicion finally catching up with her when a chance accident led to the exhumation of three bodies. Traces of arsenic and strychnine told the truth her grief-stricken face could not hide.
Under questioning, she confessed, calling herself āguilty to her deepest foundations.ā She was hung in 1899, her crimes sealing her fate. Yet Gullyās Run had not yielded all its horrors. Four years later, the final chapter was unearthed: three men, two of her missing children, and four unknown children found buried beneath the floorboards of her home.
Her dream of a family had twisted into something unthinkableāa love so warped it sought to hold on at any cost. What she couldnāt protect in life, she preserved in death.
in honor of him, for all he stood for, for all who share is unbreakable spirit,
this is for you.
this is for you.

The Love That Wouldnāt Let Go
The Ballad of I.J. Gilbert
She came to Gullyās Run with ribbons in her hair,
A dream of love, a life laid bare.
A house of timber, a heart of stone,
She built a world sheād never leave alone.
The land was cruel, the winters long,
The river hummed a mourning song.
One child fevered, the next one drowned,
A husband buried in frozen ground.
Yet still she stayed, she would not break,
For love was something she could not forsake.
She held them close, she kept them near,
And when death came, she kept them here.
The walls grew quiet, the house stood still,
The cradle rocked though the air was chill.
One by one, the voices dimmed,
But love was bound within the limbs.
A floorboard lifted, the earth below,
A secret grave no wind would know.
She kissed their brows, she laid them deep,
And whispered, āHush, my loves, go back to sleep.ā
The noose was tied, the verdict read,
She faced the gallows with nothing said.
But even as the rope pulled tight,
Her breath still lingers in the night.
For the wind still wails through Gullyās Run,
And the house still hums when the day is done.
A motherās grief, a loverās sin,
A name scratched deep in the howling wind.
So drink, if you dare, to the love that binds,
To the ones who stay, to the ones left behind.
For sweet may rot and dark may shine,
And what you love may not be kind.
