She is the heart & soul of our Gin. The inspiration. The inventor.
The renegade, the adventurer, the seductress, the wayfaress who roamed the countryside experiencing everything life had to offer, never letting anything, or anyone hold her back.
It was by chance that the police found her after an anonymous tip she was producing gin and entertaining gents in her tenement.
She ran, losing the red coats down a rugged gully track.
With nothing left, she had but one chance. She forged a pardon, marry a widower & settle
in the Hunter Valley. Just below the mountains she lost her pursuers. Forever an outlaw. Forever on the watch for the returning red coats for a life in chains.

crafted with unique botanicals of the Hunter region,
triple distilled to create a bold & distinctive, yet classic gin
as powerful & vivacious as she was.

She is the soul of our gin, a renegade and adventurer who roamed the countryside, savoring every experience life offered and refusing to let anything or anyone hold her back.
Her legend grew with every step she took across Australia. Townsfolk whispered of the seductress, the wayfarer, the outlaw who seemed to exist just beyond the grasp of the law. But even she could not escape forever. Arrested while distilling gin in a bathtub in her tenement quarters, she staged a jailbreak as bold as her spirit. With forged papers and a sly grin, she won a pardon, married a widower, and settled in the Hunter Valley. Yet even in the quiet, she remained a renegade at heart—a living embodiment of defiance and freedom.
